Welcome to ANYU Studios. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our reformer studio, website, membership programs, class bookings, merchandise purchases, and SMS communications. By purchasing a membership, booking a class, making a purchase, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or sign up for classes independently. Minors may participate only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also complete any required waiver on the minor's behalf.

Memberships are personal to the individual who purchases them and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by ANYU Studios.

2. Membership & Class Purchases

2.1 Membership Plans

ANYU Studios offers various membership plans and drop-in class options, as described on our website or in-studio at the time of purchase. Plan details, pricing, and included benefits are subject to change; current pricing and terms will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

2.2 Billing

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) unless otherwise stated at sign-up. By providing payment information, you authorize ANYU Studios to charge your selected payment method on each billing cycle until your membership is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

2.3 Late or Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. Failed payments may result in a hold on your account, restricted class booking, and/or additional fees, as applicable.

2.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes affecting existing members.

3. Cancellations & Pauses

3.1 Cancellation Notice

To cancel a recurring membership, you must provide written notice (email or through our booking platform) at least 14 days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations submitted after this window will take effect on the following billing cycle.

3.2 Pausing a Membership

Members may request to pause their membership (e.g., for travel, injury, or personal reasons) subject to studio policy. Please contact us at info@anyustudios.com to request a pause.

3.3 Refunds

Membership fees and drop-in/class purchases are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or at the sole discretion of ANYU Studios.

4. Class Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Class reservations should be made through our website or booking platform (Walla).

  • Members should cancel a class reservation at least 12 hours before class start time to avoid a late-cancellation fee of $29.00. No shows will incur a fee of $39.00.

5. Studio Rules & Conduct

By visiting ANYU Studios, you agree to:

  • Follow instructor guidance and studio safety protocols;

  • Use equipment properly and only as instructed;

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with respect and courtesy;

  • Arrive on time; late arrivals may be denied entry to class for safety reasons, at the instructor's discretion;

  • Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

ANYU Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any individual who violates these conduct standards, without refund.

6. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Reformer classes and physical exercise carry inherent risks of injury. By participating in classes or using studio equipment, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are responsible for informing your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect your participation, and for consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise program if you have health concerns.

All members and guests are required to complete a waiver and release of liability prior to participating in their first class. This waiver is a separate document provided at sign-up or in-studio.

7. Merchandise Purchases

Merchandise purchased through our website or in-studio is subject to the pricing, availability, and return/exchange policies in effect at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines for online merchandise orders are estimates and not guaranteed.

8. SMS Communication Program

As part of our services, ANYU Studios offers an SMS program to help keep members informed about classes, promotions, and studio updates.

  • Program: ANYU Studios SMS Program

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences and may include class reminders, waitlist notifications, promotions, and studio closure updates.

  • Opt-In: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from ANYU Studios. Consent is not required to purchase a membership or class.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@anyustudios.com.

  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

  • Costs: Participation in the SMS program is free from Anyu Studios; you are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our studio — including our name, logo, class formats, and marketing materials — is the property of ANYU Studios LLC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANYU Studios LLC and its owners, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, participation in classes, or purchase of merchandise, except where such liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

ANYU Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website, and, where applicable, we may notify members via email or SMS. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
